Learning new Languages and about Indigenous Cultures is so important! I am blessed to teach with some fantastic Cree Elders and incorporate the Cree Language into my teaching daily. I have created this resource so you can incorporate Indigenous culture into your teaching too!
This bundled resource includes a retelling of a variety of Creation Story from different Indigenous North American Nations along with a selection of literacy activities related to the story. It includes reading comprehension, retelling, word work, sequencing, comparing and contrasting, and art. This resource makes a great way to incorporate Indigenous cultures into your classroom. It also makes a great resource for independent study of Indigenous Culture.
