Description
This presentation is a follow up to the Roots of Imperialism. Here, students will learn the different forms of control that the Europeans used first in Africa, and how they built their colonies. Next, students will learn of successful (Ethiopians) and unsuccessful (Ashanti, Maji Maji Rebellion) movements. Finally we will finish up with positive and negative effects of colonial rule.
