LEVEL 1 Contents:
Emotions/feelings included: grumpy/angry, happy, anxious, bored, sad, scared, silly, surprised, disgusted, jealous, disappointed, and worried
Pages 4-18: Teaching Visuals For Facial Cues
Pages 19-30: Assorted Covers For Student Workbooks
Pages 31-45: Student Workbook Pages – Name the Emotion and Label the Facial Cues to Look For
Pages 46-60: Student Workbook Pages – Draw the Specified Emotion and Label the Facial Cues
Pages 61-62: Optional Student Workbook Pages – Draw Your Own Emotion, Label the Facial Cues, and Name the Emotion
Teaching Visuals: These pages are intended to be used as visuals for teaching your students the facial cues associated with various emotions. I strongly recommend doing the teaching portion in front of a mirror so your students can see and feel how the emotions differ. Model the facial cues for them, talk about the cues, and have the student try to mimic them while looking in the mirror. Making the facial expressions with them in the mirror not only helps them self-correct, but it also makes the lesson engaging and tons of fun!
Student Workbooks: These pages are designed to be mixed and matched to suit the needs of your students. There are many options for assembly: 1.) The pages can be printed, stapled together, and sent home., 2.) You can slide the pages into page protectors and put them in a binder to use with dry erase markers and save on printing., or 3.) You can hole punch the pages and put them into a 3-prong folder for the student to use as a reference guide.
LEVEL 2 Contents:

Preparation: This product is intended to be used as a No Prep product, meaning you can just print and go. (My personal preference is to print on card stock and store in page protectors in a binder). You could also laminate the pages to increase durability so you can reuse them. Another option is to simply make this a No Print product and use it on a computer or other electronic device.
Teaching Visuals: These pages are intended to be used as visuals for teaching your students the body language cues associated with various emotions. I strongly recommend doing the teaching portion in front of a mirror so your students can see and feel how the emotions differ. Model the facial cues for them, talk about the cues, and have the student try to mimic them while looking in the mirror. Changing your facial expressions, body posture, etc. with them in the mirror not only helps them self-correct, but it also makes the lesson engaging and tons of fun! :)
Venn Diagrams: These pages are designed to be used for discussion and review after teaching the body language cues. They can even be sent home for practice once you are confident that the student understands the emotions.
Emotion Cards: These pages can be cut apart like flashcards or used “as is” to practice and assess student understanding of the emotions and body language cues.
