How to Use IEP Service Log Google Doc

• Open the IEP Service Log Google Doc that you want to use in Google Docs.
• This is your master doc so you will want to create a copy for each data sheet you want to create.
• Make a copy by selecting “File” in the google doc menu and selecting “create a copy” under the File Menu. 
• Rename the new copy for the student and save it to a file in your google drive.
• Fill in the information at the beginning of the table (student, IEP date, etc..) by moving the cursor to each part and typing in the field. 
• Do the same for recording the IEP goal you addressed.
• You can add or delete any columns you don’t want to use. 
• Complete for each student
• Recording service minutes:
• Move the cursor to the column of where you want to record service minutes.
