Recognize and acknowledge your PYP, MYP, or DP students for showing the IB Learner Profile attributes, with these colorful bookmarks. Encourage reading, hand out something that is multi-use (eco-friendly), and reward students for positive behavior and attitudes when they are 'caught being' good.
You can also give students agency by having them give input into which classmates they notice are showing the Learner Profile attributes.
