What educators are saying

I used this with my advisory class. I thought it was a great resource to introduce and discuss how to write a check and balance a checkbook.
This activity was perfect for my Life Skills lesson. My students were engaged and they enjoyed filling out their own checks and deposit slips.

Description

Can your students write a check? Do they know what a deposit slip looks like? Have they ever balanced a checkbook? This interactive notebook lesson will teach them all three skills while integrating information from one skill to the next. Use as a math, life skills, or stand-alone lesson. Photos of how each page should look are included.

Conforms to Nebraska State Standards for Math (MA 5.1.2g, MA 6.1.2d, and MA 7.1.2b).
