Here is a fun and engaging board game about United States government and how a bill becomes a law. Some of the key topics covered are two-thirds vote, veto, House of Representatives, Senate, the President, and more.

The purpose of this activity is for students to show their understanding of how a bill becomes a law in United States government in a fun and engaging way.

There are many ways that you could use this with your students. You could play the game in small groups, large group, or in partners. These questions get students thinking about how a bill becomes a law.

Prep is quick and easy... Just print out the game boards and game cards that you need for your class. All you need as a teacher is some dice and little game pieces that can easily be made from a pencil eraser, paper, etc. It is best if the game is copied on colored paper or cardstock (for the game pieces basically).
