How To Solve Proportion Equations: NEW! Sky-Over-Land Method Fast Skills Builder

Dear Math / Physics / Chemistry Teacher,

I developed Sky-Over-Land Method for my high school Regents Physics students who learned how to deal with pre-calculus but demonstrated poor elementary school math skills. Later Sky-Over-Land Method was tested by friends of mine teaching the 3rd, 5th, and 7th grade. The testing showed brilliant results.

These activities are proven to be extremely helpful to introduce, build, strengthen and review “always confusing” concept of solving algebraic proportion equations, which is a core of Math Literacy for Science!

The unit includes 30 pages to provide your students with plenty of practice and interactive activities. In extremely engaging Smart Board manipulations your students will not stay passive. They will drag objects from point to point on the classroom Promethean board.

Included are 3 sets of Task Cards (Level A, B, and C) with Keys. Cards are easily printable in both: color and grayscale and can be turned into hand-outs. Laminate them for years-long use.
