What educators are saying

I used this as an emergency sub plan. It was great, and the students actually enjoyed and completed their work.
I used this as an intro to the Holocaust with a 5th-grade tutoring student-- it was super helpful since the article itself didn't have questions. Thank you!

Description

“Why did the Germans follow Hitler?” Students discover the conditions that led to the rise of Hitler with this questioning handout to accompany an excellent article by Junior Scholastic. This lesson is a simple, yet thorough introduction to a unit on World War II or the Holocaust.

The student worksheet has 16 questions that go in order with the article. This product does not contain the actual article due to copyrights. If your school subscribes to Junior Scholastic magazine, you can log-on and print the article from its website. If not, I have included suggested links in the file where you can find it online.

Includes Editable, Microsoft Resources & PDF Versions:

  • 2-Sided Questions Worksheet
  • Links to the Article
  • Teacher Answer Key
  • Teacher Quick Reference Guide
