Description

These ten nonfiction articles and structured writing responses can be used as in class or homework assignments. Each assignment includes two different levels of the reading and six choices of paragraph formats for writing a response to the article. The lower level passages, which include definitions of key terms, and structured writing responses are ideal for support struggling readers and writers and/or special education students.

All articles are related to the Holocaust and include topics such as: Anne Frank, heroes, survivors reuniting, records at the Holocaust Museum, lists of survivors, and Holocaust memorials.
