    Description

    An educational science lab for 4 holidays is just what you need to help your student's excitement about upcoming holidays. There is one for Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's Day. The Halloween lab can be used at any time of the year.

    These labs are all structured relatively the same. They use minimal supplies and include a student lab book for each one. The lab allows them to make a hypothesis, observations and it is an hands on and engaging experience.

    Candy Cane Science Lab

    Use this Candy Candy Science Experiment as an interactive Science Lesson on observing the effects of various liquids on candy canes. The experiment helps students follow the Scientific Method and is really fun to watch as it changes. Students are engaged, having fun and love the idea of using the candy.

    This experiment is easy to set up and most likely you have all the ingredients already at home.

    Valentine's Day Lab

    Valentine's Day candy hearts mixed with a chemical reaction experiment is the best way to celebrate with your students. Whether your school allows a class party or not this still can be slipped in as fun for the kids, yet still learning and sticking to standards at the same time. This project can be done in one day or spread out for a few days.

    It would be a great activity to do in celebration of Valentine’s Day, leading up to it or the next day when the kids still want to be having fun. The lessons and lab are all laid and planned for you, there are even additional Valentine's Day activities included.

    Halloween Candy Lab or Just a mini Candy Lab

    If your students have a lot of extra Halloween candy, this Candy Lab is a great way to use their candy for science. Students get to use the Scientific Method to see if their candy will float. They get to try a few different ways and get to fill out their observations in their own lab book.

    This Science Lab is a perfect way to to get your students excited about Science and out of their seats. It is interactive and interesting. Students love to fill out their lab books and it is a great way for them to remember what they have learned.

    St. Patrick's Day Science Lab

    Lucky Charms cereal mixed with several different household chemicals makes a St. Patrick's Day Science Experiment Mystery. Your students will love seeing the result of this science experiment and its perfect for using on St. Patrick's Day.
