Description

Teach the history of photography with this teaching pack to your yearbook, journalism, photography, or media students. Everything you need is included for a quick lesson and interesting research project.

Student Experience: Students learn about the history of photography in a way that not only informs them about the path we've taken in the photography community but also helps them see the importance of photographs. They will note developments and accomplishments on the sketch notes timeline as you present the lesson. Links are provided to recap with a video, if you choose. Then, students will research one historically-famous photograph and make a presentation to share with the class.

-Lecture (editable PPT)

-Sketch Notes (editable PPT)

-Short Research Project with rubrics and list of photographs (editable PPT)
