Description
This lesson can be used as a way to introduce your class to the study of history as an evidence-based practice by having them "solve" an open case using the evidence available to them. It can also be used as a way to introduce thesis writing and using evidence in support of a claim for writing in History/Social Studies.
The materials in the resources are entirely customizable -- you can build them to suit your needs using simple tools (e.g. Google Maps) or keep them as is.
