History/ Social Studies Standards Cheat Sheet- Middle School

I created this "cheat sheet" to help lesson planning go a little faster. In order to add the standard to my weekly lessons, I just take out the cheat sheet, find what we're working on, add the standard code in my lesson plans. Then, I submit them to the principal in record time. Easy-peasy.

This file is based on the California Social Studies Standards for 6th-8th grade ONLY (found at http://www.cde.ca.gov/be/st/ss/) and the Common Core English Language Arts standards from grades 6-8 that specifically apply to Social Studies. They are an abbreviated version to help with lesson planning purposes & are not meant to substitute for the real document... Please refer to the actual standards when creating your curriculum. I hope this aid makes the logistics of being a teacher a little easier.
