Description

Hispanic Heritage Month do it yourself easy art activity. Kindergarten, first-grade, and second-grade students learn about the guitarrón, the guitar, and the maraca through a short, engaging video. Then, use the Ideas Page to trace instrument designs onto the Do It Yourself page, which includes a plain guitarrón, a guitar, and a set of maracas. Kids then complete their own designs by coloring with crayons, markers, or colored pencils. Use it for older grades, too!
