High School Ceramics Intermediate Bundle 2: Spring/Summer Inspired

Looking to switch things up for the second semester? Worried about planning for a new course over your break? Have repeating students and want to change your curriculum without the hassle? This bundle is for you! I've combined all my favorite spring/summer inspired projects into 1 bundle. This bundle is for Level 2 students in high school, and students should be familiar with clay and basic handbuilding construction methods: pinch pots, coils, and slabs.

Be inspired by a hands on approach to learning through clay and ceramics. Feel prepared and stress free when you explore all this product has to offer: teacher slideshows and/or directions for easy planning, complete with prep, suggestions on materials and timeframes for each project!

Motivate your students with visually rich slideshows that include each step of the process from actual students, including in progress shots all the way to finished, glazed works!

Hate grading? Relax in all the free time you'll have when all you do is hit print with the provided rubrics for each project. Want to alter the rubric to fit your needs? Take what you like from my rubrics and alter to fit your needs.

Provided with every project in this bundle are at least 4 finished student examples, great to print in color and post in your room. Bonus: they're high quality photo files so you can even print them large scale and hang as posters!

This bundle is taken from my own curriculum that I've designed have implemented in the past. The order of projects in this bundle is ideally how I would recommend introducing them in a semester long based course. I like to incorporate both functional and sculptural project ideas into my own classroom, and in this bundle you'll find three functional projects (mugs, planters an African pottery) and four sculptural/decorative projects (book box, animal head, faberge eggs and bobbleheads)
