Description

This is an interactive biography activity about the Hidden Figures. This digital Black History Month activity will keep students engaged as they learn about four influential people from NASA. Students will learn about Katherine Johnson, Mary Jackson, and Dorothy Vaughan. This reading comprehension resource will help your class learn about the accomplishments of four African American human computers women from NASA.

This digital activity features a biography for each of the Hidden Figures with clickable interactive links for easy navigation. This resource has a back, next, and main main button for students or teachers to click through for easy reading! Have your students use the KWL graphic organizer to answer what they know, want to know, and learned about the Hidden Figures. It may be helpful to have students stop and jot their answers into the KWL chart as they read.

This interactive digital activity packet about the Hidden figures will introduce your students to African American leaders in STEM. This is a great way to celebrate Black History Month or Women's History Month with your class. Discuss the lives of four courageous Human Computers from NASA.
