Description
⭐ BUILD A POSITIVE CLASSROOM CULTURE! Provide your students in 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grades with an engaging and insightful way to connect with one another and learn about hexagonal thinking.
**DESIGNED FOR GRADES 5-8**
Students will:
- fill in the sections of a hexagon with information and illustrations about themselves
- use the hexagons as a tool to communicate as they move through the classroom and match up their common interests
►As an alternative activity, students can connect their hexagons in small groups rather than with the whole class.
►The hexagons can also be connected and displayed on a bulletin board or wall. This is a powerful way to remind students to focus on what they have in common.
►This works well as an icebreaker at the beginning of the school year. It can also help students reconnect later on in the school year when needed!
