What educators are saying

My students loved this game to introduce herd mentality that we are studying with "The Lottery" and "The Monsters are Due on Maple Street". They loved it so much that when the internet was out and we couldn't do our other part of the class, they wanted to keep playing.
This was so fun to use in class! I used this with my 7th grade class while reading a Ray Bradbury short story

Description

This game compliments the idea of "following the crowd" well. Students try to answer the questions with what they think the majority will say. They then reflect on the activity through asking themselves why they made the decisions they did, and then connecting it back to their own lives. It's a fun way to simulate herd mentality and how humans are wired for it!

Product includes printable response page, link to an article to read beforehand, pre-playing discussion questions and reflection questions at the end as well as 30 high-interest questions to answer.
