Description
These PowerPoint notes show how the Heian Court Nobles were disconnected from the provinces, which led to chaos outside of nobility, and eventually, the need for Japanese Feudalism.
The last slide has a fun "celebrity interview" class participation assignment. Each group is assigned a slide of information to ask a "celebrity" in their group about.
This resource fits perfectly with the Heian Period graphic organizer, as the information is the same. Students can fill in the graphic organizer while the teacher presents.
