Description

This product is a best seller. Whether you call it aleph bet or alef bais, students learning Hebrew in the Jewish school classroom will learn rapidly with this activity. It's engaging, effective, and fun!!

This product saves on paper and ink because you can print the entire Hebrew aleph bet in 4 pages (8 cards per page). This product contains ONE SET OF CARDS in alphabetical order. The cards are bright, colorful, and inviting. Since there are no pictures on the cards, they are generic, not limited to a specific age group, holiday, or season.

If you are looking for a more challenging activity, try this other product of "I Have Who Has" which contains TWO different SETS OF CARDS (one set in alphabetical order and one set in random order). The cards are also bigger and have a colored background to help dyslexic readers): Hebrew Alphabet - I Have Who Has?

How to Use:

Each student has a turn to identify a Hebrew letter on their card and ask someone else to identify a different Hebrew letter. Use this as practice or review for the whole class, as informal assessment or in a remediation group. Use as an on-going learning activity throughout the year and as a great culmination activity after all letters are learned.

Who Should Use This Game?:

Hebrew Alphabet - I Have...Who Has? can be used by foreign language teachers, Hebrew Day School teachers, Hebrew School teachers, ‎pre-K teachers, and those who home school.

TEACHER TESTIMONIAL:

“I have…Who has? A Hebrew Alphabet Activity has become my class’ favorite activity. I watch the children’s faces and see how empowered they have become, not only learning Hebrew, but reading real English sight words on the cards as well. They feel so successful and it’s very apparent!” – Morah Chana, Aleph Bet Preschool Educator/Director

The next step is learning to read with vowels/nekudot. You can find "I Have, Who Has" activities with vowels here: Hebrew I Have Who Has with vowels

Brain based teaching with games and activities, created from brain based learning strategies, means the GAMES GET RESULTS!
