Heavy Work card for mini breaks. This deck of 18 printable cards has 54 activities, grouped three per card with tabs. Once assembled, the tabs can be folded over when the activity is complete.

When a student is having difficulty focusing, controlling their body, or need a brain break, present a single card to the student to choose from three activities.

Each card includes a picture and title of an activity, the choice of repetitions or time limit is determined by the teacher, aide, or therapist.
