Healthy weightloss exercise log planner book
Printable for your own folder and/or use digitally using Ipad Goodnotes or similar programs.
This is a PDF file, to use as a digital planner all you need to do is import it into your Goodnotes app, then use your pens and highlighters on the app to use your planner!
