The perfect resource for a health unit! This resource combines at home challenges and in class activities to help students focus on creating healthy habits. This resource targets healthy habits such as:

Drinking Water, Cutting Back on Sugar, Eating Fruits & Vegetables, Being Active/ Daily Physical Activity, Cutting Down on Screen Time, and Cooking at Home/ Knowing What You Put In Your Body!

There is a Teacher How To Page to follow, Challenge Papers & Slips to send home, writing prompts to match the challenges, and activities to help students practice their healthy habits! There is also a goal tracking sheet to track goals in your classroom! Scroll down to see everything included!

**This resource has been created for grades Pre K-6th. All writing prompts come with 4 different versions of lines to address each grade level's needs. The additional activities at the end of the resource are geared toward lower grades, but can be adapted to upper as well!
