What grade level is this for?
→ This Handwriting Practice System Bundle is most often used for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade, but it can be used in lower grades as well as higher grades for students who still struggle with proper letter formation.
Will this work with upper elementary and middle school students?
→ Yes! The minimalist design ensures students can focus on handwriting skills. Cute clipart is intentionally not included so that older students feel like the resources is for them too - because it is!
I have a wide range of handwriting skills in my classroom. Will this resource help me help them?
→ Yes! You have two paths you can take. 1) Teach the whole print, cursive, or D’Nealian alphabet. This is good if you have a lot of students who need a lot of help or if you are introducing a new handwriting system like cursive. 2) Target specific letters for specific students. The Pre-Test will help you determine which students need help with which letters.
