Handwriting Practice Booklet

Handwriting practice using 32 poems by the children's poet Kenn Nesbitt.

Using TasCursive handwriting font, this booklet has a larger left hand margin so all you need to do is print and staple. Fully editable, with writing space underneath each verse of the poem.

The aim with this type of handwriting practice (copying), is to unlock the difficulty some children have with writing. To find a practical balance between neatness and speed.
I have used engaging and humorous poems so the child is entertained as they copy - their mind on the poem rather than the laborious task of writing.

Please let me know how you go with this, I typed them all out for a student in my class and thought I would share. So far it is working well with him :)
