Instructions/Tips for Implementation

1. Print and laminate the task cards and building mats for durability.

2. Optional: Place task cards on a ring, to keep them together.

3. Provide students with a set of Plus Plus building blocks. Available from

Amazon

4. Present one task card or building mat at a time. Demonstrate how to use.

5. Instruct students to use the building blocks to recreate the Plus Plus block pattern on the task card Or mat.

5. Encourage students to work independently or in pairs to solve the challenge.
