Description

Here's a fun Halloween math activity for your little monsters! ;) This Halloween math BOOM cards deck is for place value to 1,000. Each card shows a Halloween character representing a number in a different form. There are four numbers on the card and children click on the one that is represented.

On these Halloween BOOM Cards the numbers are shown in different forms:

- hundreds, tens and ones

- expanded number

- base ten blocks

- 10 and 100 More or Less

These place value Boom cards practice identifying 3 digit numbers represented in different ways. There are 32 cards with 6 different Halloween creatures - Frankenstein, Skeleton, Monster, Mummy, Dracula and Witch.

The 32 cards in this deck are set to play a selection of 20 cards at a time. This can be changed in your BOOM Learning library by using the 'Action' drop down menu and 'Custom Play Settings'.

They are a fun Halloween math activity for place value review of hundreds, tens and ones, expanded number, base ten block form and 10 and 100 more or less.

Read and write numbers to 1000 using base-ten numerals, number names, and expanded form.
Mentally add 10 or 100 to a given number 100–900, and mentally subtract 10 or 100 from a given number 100–900.
