Halloween Instant Activity Warm Up for PE, Brain Breaks and Party Days

This Halloween Warm Up  activity is a “fun and exciting” way to get kids in the Fall spirit.  This is perfect for PE or classroom teachers and is designed for use with a wide range of ages for students in grades Kindergarten through 6th. This PE Halloween Warm Up Activity can be used in small groups, partners, stations or as a large group activity.  This “Bootiful” game can be implemented in a gymnasium or a large empty classroom space using typical PE equipment with a few extra “Halloweeny” additions to keep it fun and exciting for your students. I create a playlist to go along with the theme for each warm up page.   Get creative and have some “Spooktacular” fun with this game.

This Halloween Warm Up Activity was created to meet the SHAPE National PE Standards and will reinforce many of the concepts that a typical PE teacher would use throughout the school year. Use this activity in the weeks leading up to Halloween to get your kids up and moving, working on fitness, agility, fine motor skills and cooperation.  Kids love Halloween and will enjoy the Halloween Activities included in this fun game.  

My students beg me to play this game every year! They are so busy having fun they do not even realize just how much exercise they are getting.  Many of my Elementary colleagues have borrowed this game for their classroom Halloween parties. Although this activity is perfect for Elementary aged students I have played this game with my Middle School Volleyball Team and they loved it.
