This Bulletin Board set is created to supplement the HMH Into Reading curriculum for 5th Grade. The Bulletin Board, or Focus Wall, is designed to give students a place to locate the reading skills for the week, text titles, Big Idea Words, Essential Question, vocabulary words and strategies, & spelling words. This bulletin board covers Modules 1-12.

Headings:
The Focus Wall includes headings that can stay on the bulletin board all year long. The headings are:
- Big Idea Words
- Essential Question
- Text(s)
- Reading Skills
- Vocab. Words
- Vocab. Strategy
- Generative Vocab.
- Spelling
- Grammar
Inserts:
The inserts are created in printer-friendly black and white. They are specifically created to align with each story, so they will be changed weekly (or as the strategies change). For example, the Vocabulary Strategy for Module 1 Weeks 1-2 is Context Clues. The Context Clues insert reads: Context Clues - words and phrases around an unknown word that help determine its meaning. The Vocabulary Strategy changes to Reference Materials in Module 1 Week 3.

The supplements have been created with care to specifically align to each Into Reading lesson. They include story specific details and are not generic in nature.
