These printable task cards prompt your students to interpret data, draw conclusions, and analyze new information. HOW HINKY PINKIES for KINDERS WORK

• HINKY PINKIES are riddles wherein the clues lead you to a 2 word answer. Each answer word must have two syllables and the 2 words must rhyme. Traditional Hinky Pinkies use word clues.
• HINKY PINKIES for KINDERS are specially designed for pre-readers and early readers. For these Hinky Pinkies, students will examine picture clues in search of a 2 word phrase composed of rhyming words.
