Students will have the opportunity to explore and research three other Australian events of their choice, as well as one celebration that happens in another part of the world, which they can complete as a home activity. The product also includes a group activity where students will research the emblems of an assigned state or territory, encouraging collaboration and teamwork. Reflection questions are provided to encourage students to reflect on their learning and to further their understanding of the historical significance of these celebrations and commemorations.
