Gymnastics Follow the Leader GIFs & Videos for PE - Jumps, Travels & Balances

*I created these to use in PE class as a visual for students, however they are perfect for distance learning as well. 

Just email the powerpoint to your students, or upload it to your Google Classroom and have them follow along to the difficulty level that you think is best for each grade level.

If you need students to turn something in, check out the the Create Your Own Routine Worksheet which is also included in this download.

You could also send your students the 25 Balances Poster as a worksheet and have them cross off the balances as they complete them and turn it in as an assignment.

This is a great teaching tool that I created after getting a flatscreen TV in my gym as a technology upgrade for my Gymnastics Unit.  

Please note that this is a SEPARATE resource from our 4 Week Gymnastics Unit Resource Pack which is Available HERE. (or you can purchase as a bundle)  This resource is a technology upgrade to our unit resource for those that have screens in their teaching space.  

I’ve found that, when you can put GIFS or video loops on a screen for students to have a visual it is SUPER helpful for the students and also frees up the teacher to get more one-on-one time with kids which leads to… MORE STUDENT LEARNING :-)

There is a separate powerpoint slideshow for each week of my Unit, but you can edit them to fit your own situation and of course take what works and trash what doesn’t
