⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"Nothing, and I mean *nothing* can top the gasps of surprise and shock from my class when we did the Gummy Bear experiments. Due to COVID and having to be 6' from each other, I could not do this experiment on a table with students clustered around, and I did not have the resources for them each to do their own. I used my projector camera to project the results and walk around with the results on a paper towel so my students could see up close the changes in the bears.
