Modified for students with ADD/ADHD: with visual, color coding, tactile and audio prompts. Students with either ADD or ADHD require the use of handouts with visual aids. They should also be provided with a word processor with spell- checker and/or voice output to provide auditory feedback. Oral instructions should be concise with  instructions or demonstrations presented in more than one way.

  • Based on Depth of Knowledge – Four Levels including: defining , making observations, cite evidence, then analyze and discuss.

  • Teacher can use completed worksheets or video of student reactions as proof of completion.  
  • Red print relates to notes for the teacher, parent or self-instruction.  
  • Certificate of Achievement is available for students that finish the resource pack satisfactorily, with an auditory feature

Images and descriptions from world famous paintings with:

(Level 1)  Cut and paste descriptions to be matched to the appropriate images

(Level 2)  Learn key words/phrases regarding the paintings

(Level 3)   Complete a word search for keywords

(Level 4)   Use a range of strategies including text features to gain meaning, draw conclusions and make predictions.
