Our school demographics are changing, and it is our job as teachers to keep up with these changes. Research has show Culturally Responsive Teaching to be effective in todays classrooms, however it has also shown that there is a lack of teacher training and development available. This research based guide is designed to assist teachers that are wanting to start their journey towards being a culturally responsive teacher.
