All you have to do is put in your group’s raw data and the form will automatically calculate averages, percent change, and generate graphs in a striking data report. With minimal time you can create professional reports for your stakeholders to advocate for your school counseling program. • This is a single use license for use by one counselor or individual to collect data on groups that they facilitate or co-facilitate. If other counselors or individuals at your school or district plan to use it, please purchase additional licenses at a discount.
• Designed to collect data on groups of up to 10 participants.
• Pre and post assessments may have up to 10 questions using a likert scale with up to 6 response options.
• Collects and reports data for up to 3 types of outcome data.
