Groundhog Day Write the Room

Groundhog Day Write the Room is a fun and interactive literacy activity for February. It's the perfect way to add movement and learning to your literacy centers! Your students will love to explore the classroom while searching for the words!

To prepare this activity simply print, cut and laminate the 12 Groundhog Day word cards and hang them up in your room. Next, print the blackline recording sheet and place it on a clipboard. Now have the children search the room and write the words!

This set includes recording sheets with lines or no lines. Choose the sheet that works best for your students.
