Groceries File Folder Game
- PDF
Description
Want to practice putting groceries away, but don't have access to a real kitchen? This fun life skills file folder activity reinforces Activities for Daily Living skills and would complement any special education or autism program.
Students with special needs sometimes need direct instruction to learn daily life skills. This file folder game is a quick and easy way to introduce putting groceries away (without using real groceries every time). It can be used as an independent work task, prevocational center activity, daily morning assignment, sub work, discrete trial program, or even homework.
Students will sort food pictures by where they should be put away in the kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, pantry, or counter top).
