Here is the item description for the full product. Click here to purchase.

This Practice & Assess pack for Greek & Latin Roots Vocabulary is completely different from the other Practice & Assess sets in my store since this is made to be a complete year-long program when paired with the Interactive Vocabulary Notebook. Please read this entire product description carefully before purchase.

Looking for the Greek & Latin Roots coloring pages that were made to complement this set? Find those here.

This product was made specifically to support the lessons in the Interactive Vocabulary Notebook, but they can absolutely be used whether or not you are using the interactive notebook activities.

Students will study one root and one set of prefixes/suffixes each week. There are FOUR twenty-item practice pages for each week as well as a 30-item quiz for each week so your students have plenty of experience with the word parts and words before the quiz. Each quiz comes in regular difficulty as well as modified. The modified quizzes have the same content but students are presented with fewer choices. I made them this way because this is how I was expected to differentiate vocabulary quizzes for my own students with modifications.

**ALTERNATE VERSION!** Included within this product is an alternate version. I’ve pulled out all practice questions and quiz questions for each root so that you can choose to teach vocabulary BY THE ROOT instead of according to the pacing chart I have scheduled. Check the end of the preview file for how this looks. I’ve also pulled out each prefix and suffix group as well so that you can use these worksheets along with any vocabulary program or with teaching roots, suffixes, and prefixes in any order or configuration.

Please view the preview file for all of the activities and quizzes for Lesson 1. Each week will be in the same format with the same number and types of items on the practices and quizzes. There are 36 weeks in this program. Every 6th week is a review unit for the previous 5 weeks.
