What educators are saying

I was looking for something fun to do with our Greek mythology unit. My kids really got into the Instagram project. It is so hard to find good projects to do with high school students. This was a big win.
Thank you for creating this for Google Classroom. It was a great interactive addition to my mythology unit.

Description

This engaging Greek Myths Unit includes readings, videos, projects, and creative writing activities while also helping your students grow in their digital literacy skills! All activities are Google Drive compatible and can be uploaded directly to Google Drive.

This bundle of resources includes 7 ACTIVITIES that will work as stand alone unit or great additions to any Greek Mythology content.

My students loved these activities, and they created very interesting dialogue in the classroom! The discussion & written response questions address issues such as sexism and gender roles and encourage students to make connections between ancient myths and the modern world. The unit also discusses modern allusions to Greek Myths and prompts students to draw connections between themes and symbols. To close out the unit, students enjoy a movie day with Disney's Hercules! (My students had a blast comparing & contrasting the movie to the original stories)

Includes Hercules Movie Response Sheet!
