    Description

    This savings bundle includes 12 writing prompt pages that can be used to introduce students to gratitude journaling, and a menu of 25+ gratitude topics that students can reference when writing in their composition notebooks.   

    By having students cultivate their gratitude through writing, you are equipping them with a mindfulness technique proven to increase happiness, optimism, and emotional resilience.  You are also building their emotional intelligence and capacity for self-regulation through this SEL activity.
