Bell Ringers for middle school English Language Arts - Grammar and Usage in ELA. Standards Based. This digital resource helps students practice sentence editing skills for grammar, punctuation, capitalization, and spelling. Quick 5-7 minutes of sentence fix it practice helps students build writing skills using correct syntax. Introductory slides with information on what grammar and usage is and why it is important. Each bellringer practice slide has a "Do Now" type warmup activity with two sentences to fix, and an answer slide so they can quickly check themselves. These can be printed out on index cards and turn into fun task cards. Great for ELA test preparation. Includes a self-grading 30-Question Easel Assessment as a digital resource option.
