The report writing resource we have needed and wanted!
I first created this resource because I was wasting SO MUCH TIME writing reports - especially learning skills! This resource is a bank of learning skills comments (that you can add and customize yourself) that focus on strengths and next steps for
responsibility, organization, independent work, collaboration, initiative, and self-regulation. They are also colour-coordinated.

PLEASE NOTE - FOR THE ENTIRE DOCUMENT FOR ALL TERMS- YOU MUST ADD STUDENT NAMES AND PRONOUNS ON THE PROGRESS TAB FOR IT TO TRANSFER TO THE OTHER TABS FOR TERM 1 and TERM 2
* There are CATHOLIC EDUCATION comments included for those that teach at a Catholic school, delete those if they do not apply to you. *This resource is not only for those that teach at a Catholic school!
There are also Grade 2 comments that you can customize with whatever Grade you teach.
*Applicable for ANY GRADE that uses learning skills for report writing
THIS IS A GOOGLE SHEET RESOURCE
For each student, you input first and last name, choose their pronoun and then choose from the drop-down, a strength and next step for EACH learning skill. This resource AUTO POPULATES the comment at the end with the name and proper pronouns. *Please watch the video demonstration before purchasing.
If you try and use the same comment for a student twice, you will see a different colour to warn you! This saves you time tracking what you have commented on!
There are some important instructions, please read the "read first" page first!
There is also an option where strengths and next steps are seperated!
Please note that you can't add more than one sentence at a time unless you combine them in the bank!
