Grade Book Template

This grade book template allows you to save your grade book on a flash drive and take it with you anywhere. I set it up to include scores from the four main subjects: math, reading, social studies, and science. It was prepared for P-5 classrooms. It is setup to keep track of up to 30 students grades. The following instructions are included on the Excel Workbook:

Type students names in on this page, the names will revert to all pages in each subject.

This is set up to keep track of both points and percent.

Do not change anything on the Grades page except entering students names, ID, and possibly a letter grade in the blank box beside the percent.

Enter grades for each subject via the tabs below.
