1. 78 dynamic exercises for all grades
Students and athletes will be able to continue to train & develop their overall fitness, static & dynamic strength, stamina, agility, and motor skills. The exercises only require basic sport equipment:
- 2 cone
- Agility ladder
- On the mat
- Jump rope
- No equipment
- Hoop
You can use the exercises as part of your PE fitness programs, sports varsity team sessions, as warm-up activities, stations and more - And with me doing the demonstrations, all you need to do is setup the basic equipment!
2. Clear video clip demonstrations (powerpoint slides)
I've filmed every exercise individually, and compiled them into 6 powerpoint slide files. There you'll be able to see exactly how to perform each task with the correct technique, complete with clear written instructions for the students/athletes to use as a reference. I've also written the key muscles activated/strengthened/stretched for each exercise.
3. Practical & exciting fitness workout resource
You can put up the slides on your projector or screen in the gym hall, and have your class work through them individually, or as part of stations or circuits. They can work through an exercise for 1 minute, rest for 30 seconds, then move on to an task...the ways you can these slides are endless, so you can incorporate them however works best.
The files are in .ppx format, and also work perfectly on Keynote (Mac users). They can easily be loaded onto tablets/iPads, giving the students the opportunity to work in their own space and time. This in turn takes the responsibility off of you (the teacher), meaning you don't need to teach them - I take the stress out of it for you!
So this is an incredibly easy-to-use fitness tool packed with great exercises, and a must have for all middle through high-school grades to use as part of their fitness, physical education as sporting requirements.
