The Grade 5, Strand D: Forces Acting On Structures is a supplemental resource featuring lessons, activities, assessments and readings that complement the Ontario 2022 Science curriculum. This resource is not a full unit plan and you might find that you need to supplement or adjust some lessons and activities to meet the needs of your students.
There is no digital version of this resource available. The activities, assessments and lessons are meant to be printed and used in the in-person classroom.

Each lesson takes approximately 50 - 60 minutes to complete. Students gain an understanding through group discussion, both whole and small-group.
