Grade 5 Language Student Data Tracker | Digital & PDF

This resource combines both the digital and paper copy resources for evaluating students using the new 2023 Ontario Language curriculum. Keeping both a digital and paper copy of data ensures you will never lose any data.

The paper copy: Comes with a 3 page PDF that you can print out for each student and keep it in a binder. It uses a level 1-4 checklist for each curriculum expectation.

The digital copy: You get your own copy of a Google Sheets Data tracking system where you use a drop down menu to select one of the 4 responses: Lacking, Emerging, Developing, or Excelling for each curriculum expectation. The Google Sheet will automatically colour code this information for each expectation. Each student will have their own set of data.
