Revised 2023! This resource is a unit plan for the Heritage and Identity: Changing Family and Community Traditions in the Social Studies Revised Ontario Curriculum. Unit plans and lesson suggestions, assessments, inquiry, rubric, and corresponding curriculum expectations are included. This resource can be used as a companion to the Many Gifts Social Studies program. A detailed list of what is included in this resource can be found below.
