What educators are saying

Loved having this to check for learning and analyze student data. Thanks for putting in the time to format this!
I love this resource. It gives me a clear picture of where my students are in their assessments. It is also a fantastic resource for parents to see.

Description

This Excel tracker for CKLA Skills Grade 1 Unit 2 gathers and synthesizes all the data from the three end-of-unit assessments.

Three parts that help you make sense of the scores:

Tracker will color-code the scores into remediation, near mastery, and mastery.

Dashboard will show you pie-chart percentages of the whole class on all three tests.

Student Report is a one-page snapshot of one student's scores at a time.

Included in the zip file are a blank tracker and then a sample with made-up scores all filled in so you can play around with sorting, filtering, and all the functions without using your real data. I've also included a longer, 7-minute video walking you through the tracker in more depth. I just keep learning more and more Excel capabilities! Stick with me and I think I'll be making some amazing things coming up. ;)

(Check out the video preview; this is the first time I'm trying this, and I'm sorry it went 3 seconds too long and was cut off - but I think SHOWING rather than TELLING is better, so please let me know if this is useful! I live for your comments and questions and suggestions - please lay 'em on me!)
